hank crumpet& the dixie doodlers

Born from the salty winds of Morecambe Bay, Hank Crumpet and the Dixie Doodlers emerged one foggy night in 2003 after a local brass band accidentally inhaled the fumes of an enchanted fish-and-chips fryer. Legend has it they honed their sound by serenading seagulls and breaking into abandoned fairground rides for impromptu gigs. Their first gig was a rogue performance on the ghost train at Happy Mount Park, causing several pensioners to faint with joy. After being banned from every pier in Lancashire for “musical misconduct,” the group relocated to Prague, trading fish and chips for absinthe and Kafkaesque existentialism. Known for their genre-bending sound, Hank and the gang are on a quest to conquer hearts, one out-of-tune tuba solo at a time.
